High purity, for use in a wide range of critical filtration procedures.
Made of pure cellulose fibres with an alpha cellulose content of almost 100%.
Treated with a strong acid to produce filters more resistant to chemical attack as well as increased wet strength for superior handling of heavily loaded samples.
The ashless hardened grades are wet strengthened for superior handling of heavily loaded samples. This is achieved by pre-washing with acid.
The tough surface of the ashless hardened grades makes these filters suitable for a wide range of critical filtration procedures.
