Gilson Scientific Ltd's business objective is to source, develop, market and support a range of quality laboratory products, which meet customer’s current and anticipated requirements.

To achieve this Customers must perceive Gilson Scientific as their leading supplier and staff are encouraged to make this the reality.

It is the policy of Gilson Scientific to maintain a quality management system to meet the requirements of ISO 9001: 2008 and appropriate to the needs of the Company, its Customers and Stakeholders.In pursuance of this policy Gilson Scientific will maintain an organization structure, which is commensurate with the Company strategy.

The Quality Policy and objectives will be communicated and implemented throughout the organization. Any member of staff not understanding the policy or their place within it will be given further training to ensure an understanding.

The policies, objectives and quality targets will look for opportunities for continual improvement and be periodically reviewed for continued suitability. The Company will provide Staff training to ensure they are competent and skilled in the work they are employed to carry out.
